Emma Louise Yahnke

Emma M. Yahnke, of White Mountain Lakes, passed away Thursday, November 19, 2009 at Bannon Springs Ranch in Vernon, AZ. She was 91. Emma was born February 21, 1918 in Brownfield, PA to the late Lawrence and Elizabeth (McCoy) McKnight. A loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother and friend she will be missed by many. Emma was an avid golfer and played until her eyesight prevented her from doing so. She is survived by her son, Joe (Sara) King of White Mountain Lakes; 7 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Robert Yahnke in 1991; grandson, Joseph Grant King, III in 1981 and 2 brothers and 3 sisters. Private services will be held.
