William Eugene Wimmer

William Eugene Wimmer died Sunday afternoon, May 17, 2009 at Hospice Compassus in Lakeside, Arizona following a lengthy illness. He was 68 years old. William was born on July 29, 1940 in Palmer, Alaska to the late Harry L. and Lucille M. (Area) Wimmer. He moved to Arizona in 2002 from the State of Washington. An extremeley well-educated man, William received a masters degree in education and spent his career teaching. He was a United States Marine in his younger years and was proud of the service that he rendered to his country. Semper Fi! Mr. Wimmer is survived by his wife, Sara Olive (Sigler) Wimmer of White Mountain Lake, Arizona. A Memorial Service will be held 1:00 P.M., Saturday, May 30, 2009 at the White Mountain Life Assembly of God of Show Low, AZ. Private inurnment will be held at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona in Phoenix, Arizona.
