Janice Laverne Rivera (Formerly, Janice Gagnon Malnar), 82, of Show Low, Arizona died peacefully at her home, with her family, friends, brothers and sisters in faith, by her side. Mrs. Rivera was a 1942 graduate of Mt. Iron High School in Minnesota. Following school she worked in the grocery and later the Health Care industries. Box 1831, Show Low, Arizona 85902 Janice is survived by 2 sons, Thomas Frank (Judy) Malnar of Canyon Lake, CA and Timothy Edward Malnar of Biwabik, MN; 1 daughter, Carrie Day of El Cajon, CA; 6 granddaughters, 7 great- grandchildren; 2 sisters, Adelaide Henrietta Woods, of Las Vegas, NV, and Audry Elaine Barton of Hemet, CA; as well as many grandchildren from her late husband Frank's side of the family. She is preceded in death by 2 husbands, Thomas E. Malnar and Frank F. Rivera; son, Todd Douglas; parents, Henry & Adelaide (Bauer) Gagnon; brother, Jim Gagnon; sister, Mable Batinich. Memorial services will be held at Owens Mortuary 320 N. 9th St. Show Low, AZ, 1:00 PM Friday August 17, 2007.
