Marie Remala

Marie Remala, age 85, passed away peacefully at her home on December 11, 2007. She was born May 24, 1922 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Marie loved to make Rosaries and loved to sing in the church choir. She was a member of the VFW Post 76 for about 7 years. Marie was a member of Our Lady's Rosary Makers and was a volunteer for Navapache Regional Medical Center for 14 years. She is survived by her husband, John Remala of Show Low; children, Gene Marie Gafford of Colorado, Deborah Singleton of Tucson, Patricia (Russell) Provost of Phoenix, Cindy Hurst of Illinois, John K. Remala of South Dakota and Michael (Kimberly) Remala of Wyoming; 11 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 A.M., December 15, 2007 at St. Rita's Catholic Church in Show Low.
