Salvatore Provenzano

Sam Provenzano, beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend, passed away Thursday June 21, 2007 at the RTA Hospice & Palliative Care Center in Lakeside. He was born April 7, 1920 to Angelo and Sarah (Pollaro) Provenzano in Rochester, New York. He is survived by his wife, Mary Provenzano of Pinetop; daughter, JoAnn (Harvey) Jones of Boise, Idaho; grandchildren, Sara Darr, Tyler Darr, Emily Darr all of Columbus, Ohio, Jeff (Calea) Morissette and Tom (Billie) Morissette both of Boise, Idaho; 6 great grandchildren; sisters, Mary ViTanza of Agoura Hills, CA and Grace (Bill) Puntar of San Diego, CA; brother, Anthony (Ernestine) Provenzano of Seattle, Washington; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his son, Angelo Provenzano; his parents, Angelo & Sarah; 2 sisters, Emily Digiralmo and Josephine Cali. Following the Memorial Mass, a gathering of family and friends will convene at the Mogollon Rim. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to RTA Hospice & Palliative Care, 1789 W.
