William Bert Powell

William Bert Powell, age 97, passed away Friday October 17, 2008 at The Carriage House in Snowflake. He was born on June 20, 1911 in Raymond, Alberta, Canada to Olof Raymond and Eva Eliza (VanWagoner) Powell. Mr. Powell is survived by his children, Linda P. Chamberlain and Robert B. Powell; 10 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Mildred Taylor and Grace Jacobson. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday - October 21, 2008 at the Nephi 2nd Ward Building of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 222 S. 1st E. There will be a viewing prior to the services beginning at 9:00 A.M. at the church. Interment will be in the Nephi City Cemetery, Nephi, Utah.
