Harold "Hal" Pompe

Harold "Hal" Pompe went to be with the Lord and his beloved wife Violet on April 20th, 2007. He was born in Johannesburg, Pennsylvania where he went to school at St. Mary's and served as an altar boy at the Church. He later graduated from St. Mary's High School. Hal also served in the Korean War. Hal is survived by his beloved K9 companion Roxie, daughters Nancy Jo Merritt, Kathy Wittmann (Bill), Michelle Johnson (Mike), Patti Taylor and Cindy Pompe; 12 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren; his brother Gary and sister Dorothy. Hal was preceded in death by his wife Violet, brother William, and sister Jo. He will be missed by all. The family wishes to thank all his nurses who were so wonderful to him at Hospice. In lieu of flowers, Hal has requested donations to RTA Hospice 1675 East Monument Plaza, Casa Grande, Arizona 85222.
