Henry Clinton Jr. Phipps

Henry C. Phipps, Jr., 87, a native of Kingsport, Tennessee and current resident of Show Low, Arizona passed away Sunday, January 6, 2008. Mr. Phipps after serving in World War II moved to Mobile, Alabama and later to Lake Forest, Daphne, Alabama. During his career he held several key sales positions with companies such as R.H. Hill Tobacco Company, Trail Pontiac and Grady Buick, Inc. He is survived by four children, Pamela Jo Fleming of Show Low, AZ, Henry C "Buddy" Phipps, III of Fairhope, AL, Delores Ann "Boots" Phipps of Mobile, AL and Ranette Loretta Phipps Babb of Loxley, AL; one sister, Mildred Martin of Kingsport, TN; 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, January 12, 2008 at the Radney Funeral Home in Mobile, Alabama. Interment will be in the Mobile Memorial Gardens.
