Dr. Robert Theodore Onischuk, D.O., age 66, passed away Sunday, May 25, 2008 in Show Low, Arizona. Born June 11, 1941 in Lester, Pennsylvania to Samuel & Lottie Onischuk. He enjoyed his friends at the R.V. Park and at Discovery Center. Robert is survived by 5 children; Debbie, David, Holly, Robbie & Corey. Private services are being handled thru Owens Mortuary of Show Low, Arizona.
