Maredia F. Neill

Maredia F. Neill, age 88, of Show Low passed away July 15, 2007. Mrs. Neill, a homemaker, was born on February 4, 1919 in Lafe, Arkansas where she grew up and attended school. Following school she worked on her family farm. In 1939 she met Herbert Neill, they were married October 27, 1940. Following their marriage they lived in numerous places while Herbert worked in the Oil Fields. They moved to Litchfield Park in 1957, in 1961 they moved to Show Low. In 1972 they moved to Brandsville, MO and returned to Show Low in 1976. Herbert preceded Maredia in death in 1982. She loved to sew, garden and cook. Maredia is survived by her daughters, Cornellia Novak of Flatonia, Texas; Carlene Tisdale and Linda Probasco both of Show Low; son, Verlon Neill of Lakeside; 16 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren. Graveside Services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Friday, July 20, 2007 at the Lakeside Cemetery. A viewing will be held from 6:00-8:00 P.M. Thursday July 19th at Owens Mortuary in Show Low.
