Helen Morrow died early Sunday morning, February 7, 2010 at her Snowflake, Arizona home of natural causes at the age of 97. Helen was born in Litchfiel, Montgomery County, Illinois on July 9, 1912 to the late John and Margaret (Maka) Kasper. After receiving her education, Helen began working as a steel mill laborer. She was a hard worker throughout her life and held that job she held for many, many years. She was married to her first husband, Harry Hatten for 43 years before they divorced. She later married her second husband, Albert Morrow, a marriage which lasted nearly 20 years, before he died. Helen is survived by: a brother, Johnny Kasper of Florida and Indiana; step-son, Bob Hatten of South Carolina; and her caretaker and good friend, Betty M. Lee of Snowflake, Arizona. Helen is also preceded in death by her sister, Mary. Private services are being cared for under the auspices of Owens Livingston Mortuary - Heritage Chapel in Snowflake, Arizona.
