Ola Mae Moisio

Ola Mae Moisio, age 77, passed away at the home of her daughter and son-in-law, Barbara and Gordon Langford, on Friday, April 17, 2009. She was born May 9, 1931 to Ambrose Marion Fish Sr., and Martha Stratton in Long Beach, CA. Ola Mae was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints having served in many positions. Ola Mae was married to Silas (Poe) McGinnis in 1948, they had 4 children, in October 1970 she married Filmore H. Moisio, and they blended their 2 families. She is survived by a son, Mike (Carolyn) McGinnis; daughters; Barbara (Gordon) Langford; Sue (Mike) Hendrikson; Marilyn Nation; Lucy (Dick) Bucklin; Nova Moisio-Roach. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Filmore H. Moisio; daughter, Michele D. Smeltzer. A visitation will be held at 9:00 AM Saturday, April 25, 2009 at the Lakeside Chapel of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints with the funeral service to begin at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow in the Lakeside Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made in Ola Mae Moisio's name to RTA Hospice of Lakeside, 1789 W. Commerce Drive, Lakeside, Arizona 85929.
