Charles Richard Maxwell

Charles Richard Maxwell died on Monday, December 21, 2009 at John C. Lincoln Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona following a sudden illness. He was 47 years old. Charles was born on May 9, 1962 in Phoenix, Arizona to the late Charles I. and Juanita (Townsend) Maxwell and was a life-long resident of the state of Arizona. While he was able to work, he worked as an auto mechanic as well as a heavy equipment mechanic. Charles is survived by his wife, Penny May (Reese) Maxwell of Phoenix; his children: Zachary C. Maxwell of Ohio, Christopher Reese of Phoenix, Arizona, Tony Morgan of Phoenix, Arizona, Daniel Morgan of Phoenix, Arizona, Justin Morgan of Phoenix, Arizona, Chelsea Maxwell Wilson (Terrance) of Phoenix, Arizona; brother, Robert Maxwell (Nancy) of Heber, Arizona; sister, Barbara Gillespie (Guy) of Linden, Arizona; and by 12 grandchildren. Along with his parents, Charles was preceded in death by a son, John Reese in November of 2008. The funeral service will begin 1:00 P.M., Wednesday, December 30, 2009 at the Heber Wards' Chapel of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (right off of Highway 260 in Heber). Visitation will begin 2 hours prior at the church. The concluding service and interment will immediately follow the funeral service at the Heber Cemetery, where he will be laid to rest near his mother, Juanita.
