Elizabeth Markey

Elizabeth "Betty" Jane Markey, age 85, passed away May 11, 2008 in Lakeside, AZ. She was born July 5, 1922 in Antigo, Wisconsin to Leo and Wanda (Lalande) Bouwens. She was raised in Wisconsin and moved to Arizona in 1968. In 1947, she married Del Snyder; who passed away in 1992. In 1997, she married Jim Markey; who passed away in 2001. Betty was an attentive wife, mother and grandmother who will be greatly missed. She is survived by 2 daughters, Karen (Paul) Till and Joy Snyder; 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Memorial Services will be held at 4:00 PM Thursday, May 15, 2008 at the New Living Church, 3072 Lockwood Drive in Lakeside, AZ (Behind Joy's Furniture).
