Adam Michael Lockwood died suddenly, Thursday, March 11, 2010 in Prescott Valley, Arizona. He was 28 years old. Adam was born on January 10, 1982 in Winslow, Arizona to Peter William Lockwood and Alfreda Jean Brown. Adam was a very devoted father; his daughter was his life. Adam was raised in Holbrook, Arizona. He later moved back east and was happy to be back in Arizona with his family. He was an extremely outgoing person who enjoyed being in the great out-of-doors. He enjoyed the peace and solace he felt as he went fishing. He was quite talented working with his hands and possessed excellent carpentry skills. Adam worked in the construction industry for several years. He is survived by: his wife, Bridgette Click; daughter, Trinity Lockwood; parents: Alfreda Barreiro (Paul), Peter Lockwood (Delphine Hernandez); 4 brothers: Ricardo Brown, Charles Edwin Lockwood, Bryan Alan Cook, David Joseph Ertz; grandmother, Rose Marie Nelson Brown; grandfather, Burnes Edwin Lockwood and another grandmother, Jenny Yazzie. The funeral service for Adam will begin 10:00 A.M. (Arizona Time), Wednesday, March 17, 2010 at the Steamboat Branch Chapel of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Steamboat, Arizona where the visitation will begin 1 hour prior. Interment will follow at the Brown Family Cemetery in Steamboat. Arrangements are being cared for by Owens Livingston Mortuary - Holbrook Chapel.
