Max Lilly

Max C. Lilly, 79 of Sanders and Lakeside, AZ, returned to Heaven on November 6, 2008. Max was a loving husband to Freda for 62 wonderful years. He loved being in the woods or fishing at Big Lake with his boys and grandkids. He was born and raised in the White Mountains where he met his wife and raised his family. He spent the last 20 years in Sanders, AZ where he retired as an MVD Officer. He was ordained and Elder in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where he held many positions but the most special event was when he was sealed for Eternity to his wife, Freda and family in the Arizona Mesa Temple. He was a great Father and Patriarch raising 8 children, 27 grandchildren and 55 great-grandchildren, 3 of his children have preceded him in going to heaven, 1 son and 2 daughters. Funeral Services will be held 1:00 PM, Thursday, November 13, 2008 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Lakeside Stake Center, 1520 Church Lane, Lakeside, Arizona. Interment will be at the Lakeside Cemetery immediately follow the service.
