He was born March 12, 1945 in The Hague, Netherlands to the late Jacobus and Marie (Mathee) Kortekaas. JC is survived by his wife, Paulette of White Mountain Lakes, AZ and a son, Jason A. Flores of Hawaii. Private services are planned.
