Isaac James Kizzar was stillborn just after midnight on Saturday, November 22, 2008 at the Summit Regional Healthcare Medical Center in Show Low, Arizona. Isaac is the infant son of Patrick Wade and Jessica Renee (Lindsey) Kizzar of Clay Springs, Arizona, and is the little brother of Timothy Patrick Kizzar. Isaac is also survived by all of his grandparents, including: Paula & Harry Hosford of Snowflake, Arizona, Pamela Williams of Show Low, Arizona, Harril & Marilyn Kizzar of La Mesa, Texas and Robert & Kim Lindsey of Las Vegas, Nevada. A graveside service will be held 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, November 25, 2008 at the Clay Springs Cemetery in Clay Springs.
