Jeremy Langford Jones

Jere Langford Jones died just after Noon on Wednesday, December 3, 2008 at his Pinetop, Arizona home at the age of 70. Jere was born on September 21, 1938 in Douglas, Arizona to the late Everett J. and Wilma (Howard) Jones and has lived in Arizona his entire life, moving to the White Mountains nearly 20 years ago. He worked in the insurance industry for many years and will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Jere is survived by his children: Julie Jones (Mike Mitchell) of Eagar, Arizona, Chris Jones (Diane) of Peoria, Arizona, Dana Acosta (Oscar) of Glendale, Arizona, David Jones of Anthem, Arizona; grandchildren: Lindsey, Jeremy, Carly, Jennifer, Alex, Megan, Jessica, Brian, Jocelyn and his former wife, Vicki Jones of Phoenix, Arizona. He was preceded in death by a son, Brian Jones in 1970 and his second wife, Sharman Jones nearly 5 years ago. Private family services will be held, however, his family wishes to publicly "thank" those who express their sympathies through thought and deed.
