Paul Steven Hoyt

Paul Steven Hoyt was born September 1, 1961 to Keith O. and Francene O. Hoyt at Lewiston, Idaho. The family made various moves during the next few years. Paul was joined by a brother, Jonathan B. Hoyt, October 1963, a sister Brendakay E. Hoyt, August 1967 and Rebekah R. Hoyt September 1969. He graduated from High School in Medical Lake WA in 1979. He joined the US Marine Corp in 1979 and served four years in active duty. He graduated from Tacoma Community College and then re-enlisted in the Marines until 1989. He married Laurreena Montano in Camp Pendleton, CA in December 1985. He was the step-father for Michelle McClellen (born in October 1985) and then two children joined in the family, Jessica Mercedes Hoyt in January 1990, Landon James Hoyt April 1991. He worked in Kamiah, ID for several years and then moved to Tacoma, WA where he worked until 2001. At that time he moved to Arizona where he has resided and worked in Show low until his death. He is survived by his children: Michelle R. McClellen of Queen Creek, AZ, Jessica M. Hoyt of San Diego, CA and Landon J. Hoyt of Show Low, AZ; grandson Jerimiah James Montano of Visalia, CA; father, Keith O. Hoyt (JoAnn); daughters, Emily (June 1998) and Jennifer (July 2000) of Moscow, ID; mother, Francene (Hoyt) Baker of Phoenix, AZ; brother, Jonathan B. Hoyt (Patricia) of Avondale, AZ; sisters; Brendakay E. Brown-Lemus (Juan) of Phoenix, AZ, Rebekah F. Hoyt of Sumner, WA. Memorial services will be held from 3:30 -5:30 PM on Friday, February 5, 2010 at the VFW Post #1433, 7618 N. 63rd Ave., Glendale, Arizona 85301. 1-623-937-5200.
