Rosa "Rose" B. Gonzalez

Rosa "Rose" B. Gonzalez, died Saturday, April 12, 2008 at Summit Healthcare Regional Medical Center in Show Low, Arizona. She was 84. A life-long resident of Arizona, she was born Rosa Blanca Gonzalez on April 8, 1924 in Phoenix to the late Gervasio and Justina (Ortiz) Gonzalez. She was a devoted member of the Catholic church and spent quiet countless hours in the service of others. Rose is survived by her sister, Maria Gloria Campuano of Anthem, Arizona; a niece, Gloria Reel of Snowflake, Arizona, as well as numberous other nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, 5 sisters, Mercedes, Mercedita, Marina, Margarita and Maria; 2 brothers Benito and Jose Angel. The recitation of The Rosary will be 7:30 P.M., Tuesday, April 22, 2008 at Owens Mortuary - Heritage Chapel, 84 E. 19 South in Snowflake, where the viewing will begin at 7:00 P.M. A Requiem Mass will also be held at Owens Mortuary - Heritage Chapel, 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, April 23, 2008. Interment will follow at the R.V. "Mike" Ramsay Memorial Park in Snowflake, Arizona.
