In Loving Memory of our beloved father, brother, son and companion Curtley Ethelbah. Curtley went home to be with our Heavenly Father on August 29th, 2008 in Flagstaff, Arizona. He was born October 1st, 1981 in Whiteriver, Arizona to Bradley Ethelbah and Aluna Potter. Curtley attended Southwest Indian Bible School in Peoria, AZ, Alchesay High School in Whiteriver and Job Corps in Collbran, Colorado. Curtley loved camping in the outdoors, hunting, fishing, going in the woods looking for antlers and taking rides in the mountains, but most of all he loved spending time with his daughter Tyra. He was employed at Sunrise Park Resort as well as a Southwest Fire Fighter. Curtley is survived by his daughter Tyra Allyn Ethelbah; his companion, Chanda Alsenay; parents; Aluna Potter and Bradley Ethelbah; 3 sisters; Bernadine Ethelbah, Arnetta Yazzie, Benita Kessay; 1 brother, Ethan Ethelbah; 2 god sisters; Jessica Cody, Raysha Childs, 2 god brothers; Terrance Skacey, Darrell James; many nephews, nieces relatives and friends. His body will be brought back to his mother, Aluna Potter's residence in Chinatown house # 105 on Friday, September 5, 2008 at 10:00 AM. Funeral services will be held September 6th, 2008 at 10:00 AM at the White Mountain Apache Baptist Church. Officiating will be Pastor John Hoyt, Franklin Dickens and Buster Beatty. Burial will be at the family plot in Diamond Creek at the Golden Gorge View Cemetery. Owens Livingston Mortuary of Show Low handled the arrangements.
