Virginia Irene Doty died January 10, 2009 at The Carriage House in Snowflake, Arizona from causes incident to her age. She was 87 years old. She was born on December 15, 1921 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to the late George Baird and Nellie Palmer (Moser). She worked as an elementary school teacher throughout her life and lived several years in Tempe, Arizona and Hawaii. She moved to Arizoa 3 months ago to be closer to her daughter. She is survived by her daughter, Nancy Russell of White Mountain Lakes. Private family services will be held.
