Leslie Junior Brewer

Leslie Junior Brewer, age 81, went to his heavenly rest September 21, 2007 in Payson, Arizona. He was born August 3, 1926, in Taylor, AZ to Leslie Callie Bryant Brewer. He served in the U.S. Army, then came home and married Ruth Stanton. He later moved to California and married Bernice Duncan and when she passed away, he moved back to Snowflake. In 2003 he married Merilyn Brewer. Les loved to hunt, fish and was a real outdoors man. He was also a great story teller. Les is survived by his wife, Merilyn; a daughter, Victoria Conley of Coalinga, CA; 2 grandsons, Damon and Cody; 3 step-children, Rose Ann Stamm of Colorado Springs, CO, Dennis Beecroft (Sharon) of Minot, ND and John Beecroft (Tina) of Wichita Falls, TX; four sisters, Charlotte Petersen (Loral), Carol Miller (Jack), Clara Shelley all of Joseph City and Bobby Bashan (Bev) of Tucson and one brother, Coleman Brewer (M.J.) of Snowflake. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday Sept. 29th at Snowflake Main Street Chapel, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints with a visitation one hour prior to services at the church.
