Travis Daniel Anderson

Travis Daniel Anderson of Taylor, Arizona died September 20, 2009 in Show Low, AZ at the age of 18. Born in Mesa, AZ at WAFB to Jess and Debby (Dorscher) Anderson. He was born into the Catholic faith. Travis was raised and educated most of his childhood in Higley, AZ. He moved with his family in his Junior year to Taylor, AZ. He was finishing his Senior year at Show Low High School. Travis enjoyed team roping, quads, snowboarding, and hanging out with his brothers and his friend Gilbert Watson. You would usually find Travis with a rope in his hand and standing at the dummy. He enjoyed working and helping out others when needed. Travis had a special heart he was loved by everyone and he always gave that love back in his own way. He will be missed and remembered as a very special person. Left with many memories are his parents, Jess and Debby Anderson; four brothers, Justin, Chad (Jenna), Troy (Suzanna) and JJ; grandparents, Dan & Joie Anderson, aunts, Connie Anderson and Linda Dorscher; uncles, Tim (Kathy) Anderson, Jeff (Shawna) Dorscher, Sam Dorscher, John Dorscher and Tom Dorscher; his second family, The Watsons of White Mountains; and of course his dog, Jake. Travis was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ben and Evelyn Dorscher and uncle, Dennis Anderson. Private family services will be held.
